These Terms govern your use of framedstory.by and its services, including the 3D gallery configurator. By using the site you agree to these Terms. Purchase terms are set out in the Public Offer, and data handling in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Framed Story (“we”) lets you design a gallery wall and order made-to-order framed art prints, produced locally and delivered within Minsk, Belarus.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ to place an order. Browsing and configuring is available without an account; ordering requires registration by email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.
3. Uploaded content
By uploading a photo you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited; we may remove it and cancel the order.
4. Intellectual property
Curated artwork is licensed for commercial use, in the public domain, or created by us. The Framed Story brand, name, logo, site design, and software are our property and may not be used without written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully;
- scrape or extract data by automated means;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- resell the service without written permission;
- upload malicious code or disrupt the service.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided “as is”; we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Belarus, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Terms for purchased goods are governed by the Public Offer.
